This strut assembly was all there. There was nothing additional needed, except for the fact that the top three nuts/studs were a different size, so you need another wrench. I think it required a 16 mm socket. This Monroe Quick Strut looks sturdy and new. I took the car on a test drive and everything sounded much better- no strange noises going over small bumps in the road. The application was for a 1997-2001 Toyota Camry. The instructions said to use your manufacturer's manual to find the torque specs. The specs I found were 113 pounds for the 22mm bolts and 29 pounds for the top three nuts.

They all fit and installed easily. Only issue was the rear mount screws were longer then the original and it was difficult to tighten due to length of bolts.
