Doesn't fit
At one point this was the assigned quick strut for 2005 Bonneville SE..somewhere since my installation and now, this part has been dropped from the available parts list. I'm def not happy with the ride height or they way its thrown my suspension off and caused vibrations..getting these off my car ASAP!

The installation was easy 5 bolts per strut, two small brackets and one sensor plug. Did the front brakes and rotors at the same time, took less than 4 hours to do both sides. ( I did use an impact wrench) This install does require a front end alignment

Very high quality. I really like the adjustable camber slot that the econostruts do not have on this application saves $10 a side at the alignment shop. The lifetime warranty is cool too.

Very quick to install but instructions from manufactuer lacking. Better off to get Chilton manual for better procedure. Missing bolts from one box.

Very nice except for ride height
Seemed well made ride is excellent well made fit perfect it raised the ride height by two inches and I don't like the way it looks at all. I may end up removing them and reinstall the original springs Very anoying!! I checked part number for the V8 Bonneville and it was the same, seems as though spring rate should be different for the differnt engine types.
A really good buy
This complete strut will save you money period! I used them on my Caddy DTS TO replace the electronic ride struts it came with. I cut the plugs of the old struts off and soldered in 15 ohm resistors across the leads then plugged them back into the harness.(This turns off the suspension warning light,)The feel and ride excellent.
