Do a magneride delete now!!!
I purchased the front set for my 2017 Chevrolet suburban Premier 4WD. Mine suburban came factory with magneride, the Z95 code. Magneride is awful, and always will be. I went with these Monroes based on advice from a company online out of Florida. Since I was doing a magneride delete, I installed the Monroes and the shock aim obd2 kit. My car is now 300% better than new. The ride is absolutely perfect. The install was tough, as I had only 2 atands, a small trolly jack, and limited tools. I didn't have to compress the parts much, but it was super tight. With better gear, it can be done in under an hour per strut. The studs were slightly off for one of the struts, but I tickled it into position with a rubber mallet. Corrected most of the forward rake of the car as well! The magneride shocks were completely trashed. This was my third set after twice replacing the magneride shocks after only 70K miles! Do this to your trash magneride setup ASAP!

Don't buy it for SUV
I bought the Monroe QuickStrut (139104) to replace my front struts on my 2008 Chevy Thahoe hoping to get a smoother ride since the OE was starting to feel a little rough. Installation was a breeze. The whole thing took about an hour on each side.I decided to buy this product because it came with the spring already compressed and ready to put on.
I am disappointed by the performance of this part. The first thing I noticed is that the back of my Tahoe was 2-3 inches lower than the front. I thought it was only because they were new struts. Not the case. Weeks later I had to align my headlights because a lot of drivers where signaling me to lower my high beams at night even though I had my low beams on. Yes it is described as being the correct fit for my SUV.
The overall riding comfort is not pleasant at all. My Tahoe bounces too much on regular small bumps on the road. On speed bumps I have to go super slow. There's a big dip on the road close to my house and every time I go over it the front of my Tahoe sound like it hits bottom on the struts as there's this loud knock sound. With the OE it would just make a small bounce and ride smooth after that. I will be uninstalling them and putting the OE back on for a couple of more months.
I learned my lesson. If you want your car to ride smooth like new just forget about buying aftermarket parts and stick with OEM. In my case the AC Delco ones.
