Does not fit 2005-06 corolla xrs
Stroke is too long for stock corolla xrs springs. Had to buy kyb with the correct stroke lenght.

Not what you think..poor design
I purchased two of these struts. Apparently Monroe has changed the design to cheapen them up even more, (not sure that was possible) They do appear to be the correct size, however the rod on one was completely different than the other. I double checked the part numbers and they are correct. Vice grips are required to install this product. Vice grips are wonderful tools, however should not be used to install struts. After tightening the nut, the boot would not seat properly. When I attempted to remove the nut and fix the boot, there is no way to get it back off without desroying the rod. Overall this product as with many others at advanced auto are complete junk.
