Horrible, Not Even Close to OEM

These Struts are a complete disappointment and are danagerous to use.
We have a certified ASE mechanic install the struts since they required the spring to be swapped from the old strut to the new strut. Even the mechanic commented after the test drive that the suspension was very soft and felt unusual. He rechecked every component, bushing, torque and fitting with no faults found. Only change was the strut.
These struts ride like your on a trampoline. They are valved WAY too soft to be safe.
They cause the front suspension to bounce, steering to shake over medium or larger bumps and are unconfortable to ride on.
These struts are coming off as soon as money allows as they are UNSAFE.
Also they now ship as OE Spectrum as they are renamed from the REFLEX line.
The instructions say these are for a Ford Explorer or Nissan Xterra, maybe they should have kept them only for the Ford Explorer.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
