Warranty Details (Limited Lifetime Warranty)
Ideal for light trucks that that tow or carry varying loads, Monroe load adjusting shocks include a heavy gauge calibrated spring that adjusts to road and weight conditions to provide extra control when operating conditions get more demanding.

Product Features:
  • REDUCES SAG UNDER LOAD - Ideal for occasionally hauling or towing varying loads, heavy gauge, calibrated coil spring reduces sag when loaded up to 1,200 lbs. (capacity limited by suspension, tires and transmission, see owner's manual)
  • EXCEPTIONAL HANDLING - Tuned specifically for each application, full-displaced valving automatically adjusts to road extremes to provide ride consistency
  • CONSISTENT RIDE - OE all-weather fluid contains special modifiers to handle extreme temperatures and PTFE-banded piston helps reduce friction between the piston and pressure tube to enhance responsiveness to changing road surfaces
  • LONGER SERVICE LIFE - Self-lubricating fluid seal retains gas and reduces excessive friction against the piston rod to help reduce premature wear while heavy-duty nitrocarburized rod delivers long life
  • IMPROVES PERFORMANCE - Nitrogen gas-charge maintains tire-to-road contact for improved ride and handling by reducing aeration and shock fade
  • Nitrogen Gas Charged: For Improved Ride & Handling, Helps Maintain Tire To Road Contact By Reducing Aeration - On Most Applications
  • 5/8 nitrocarburized rod for long service life.
  • Special Seal: 'Self-lubricating' fluid seal designed to retain gas without excessive wear or friction.

Great Shocks for my Ford Econoline Van
Staff Reviewer -
These shocks can be difficult to install. Take your time and once there on you will be pleased with how they improve the stability of your vehicle. They ride much better than the stock shocks and make hauling weight easier. I also installed Monroe SenSaTrack on the front of my van since they complement the rear SensaTrack shocks. I can't tell you how much difference the installation of these shocks has made to the ride and stability of my van. I highly recommend this product. They are on the expensive side, but they are worth it. They come with all the bushings and fasteners. They have a limited life time warranty.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
just what the van needed

I've been using these shocks since 1972. At that time I believe they were called "load levelers". The shocks are affordable, quality and durable in every way. I was impressed by the handling and sway taken out of turns. With vehicle loaded down there is no noticeable drop or sag from weight. Most of the vehicles I've had in the past you could install them all the way around. Comfortable ride and noticeable handling immediately after installing.

Good choice
I have a 2000 ford e150 econoline starcraft. I use this for hauling and travel.. the factory shocks was wasn't keeping her level no more. So I installed these coilover shocks. Front and back. ..money well spent. It's a 6000 pound van plus hauling my trailers and work equipment gives them a workout. They hold up perfectly. And still with a good ride
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
