Ford Focus Quick Strut
This was a complete unit. No messing with springs or Strut bearing. I had the old Strut out and it had a broken spring. I was able to install the new unit in 15 minutes. It was cheaper than buying new springs and a bearing plate to put on the old strut.

Quick Struts for Ford Focus
These didn't last even 30k miles! Why spend the time and effort to install if they won't last. I'm very disappointed! I bought mine in April of 2009 and now its January of 2010.

A very straightforward installation. I purchased one intent on installing it to see how hard it was so I could do both sides, and ended up installing the other one the same night. It took about 45 min utes for each side, with the hardest part being reattaching the swaybar linkage.
The kit was in good condition when I opened it, and all of the appropriate hardware was included.
