2000 E46 BMW 323i
I'm always looking for the best parts for my car, its more than a machine that takes me to places for me. So when i did research online for good filters for my 323i, I came across the Mann Filters. A lot of pros are using and recommending Mann. I was very surprissed that Advance Auto Parts had this filter in stock, and what was more surprissing, was the price, AAP has this filter for about half the price that they go for online. Over all, this is what they recommend because its close to OEM, and in some cases, OEM also means high performance. This kit included everything you need to do the oil filter change. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't buy this again
The filter hardly snapped in like the OEM and while installing this filter I noticed it didn't come with the copper oil pan washer like the K&N and OEM filter. It now has a slow leak after changing my Oil.... Should have just waited. I definitely wouldn't recommend this filter.

Same oil filter that BMW uses in their dealership oil changes. Comes with oil washer and seal for oil plug. No need to spend more on more expensive filters.

This IS the correct filter!
This IS the correct filter for my car, a 2.0L VW turbocharged TSI engine. This website claims it won't fit - claiming that I need the insert style rather than the spin-on style. After buying the filter that the people in the store told me was correct, I found myself taking a trip back only to have them tell me I wasn't doing it right. THEY AREN'T SELLING IT RIGHT. Then after much research I found they DO have the right filter in stock, and luckily they are open on Sunday so I could finish this oil change. But it is ridiculous how much time was wasted on something so simple - a 30 minute oil change ended up taking a few hours because these folks can't get their part numbers right.Here's something funny: [@] website correctly identifies this filter as fitting my vehicle. But this auto-parts specialty website thinks it won't. Come on, guys, UPDATE YOUR DATATBASES!!I won't be recommending this auto-parts store to my friends considering this lame issue that took hours of my time to resolve.

Replaced filter with this high quality filter. Pleats are very strong and well made. Also came with the o ring and metal crush washer for the drain plug.

Mann filters are the OEM Mercedes Benz filters and they fit not only MB's but also the Crossfire SRT6. An excellent fleece filter, I have gotten excellent service out of mine. Glad Advance is stocking Mann now.
