Still waiting for it to open a lock

I've had a master lock pick set for many years, open house door locks and padlocks, played with this key for an hour or so, hasn't opened anything yet. No instruction, but watched a few of the video's, still isn't 100% clear to me how it works or even exactly what type of lock.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
