I bought this oil filter wrench against the advice from the other reviews. I had absolutely no problem with it and had the oil filter off in seconds. Maybe it could be a problem with some vehicles but the swiveling handle made the process quick, simple and easy.

Definitely would not recommend purchase of this tool. Rubber grip on handle slips off and is worthless. I threw this away immediately. Third time I used the filter wrench the four welds that hold the steel band to the handle broke loose. Made in China. It's a cheap piece of junk.

Junk.
I've been through 2 of these in one day. First one, as the review below posted, the 4 welds on the band broke. On the current one, the single weld that hold the band in place wrapped around the peg on the handle broke, leaving me with a tool that has no torque because the band just pops out of the handle. I'm not a strong guy, nor and I putting that much torque on the tool. It's just breaking. Advance needs to discontinue this product.
