This tool can't cut the steel wire. I tried different settings but it still can't cut it.

Bought it and received about a week back. Noticed, even before the first use, that the 'hold-open-spring' does not work as it should, and the stripper doesn't open automatically. That, for me, is a major function of the tool which it fails to perform. Planning to return.
