GET IT SRAIGHT
Double sided tape is really sticky. When the glass hits the tape it is stuck. NO ADJUSTING! Mine is a little crooked but I can live with it. At least I know it will not fall off!!

Not exact fit.
Cheaper than replacing the whole power mirror assembly and it seems like a quality piece of mirror glass. Website and store computer said it was an exact fit, but it was slightly too big to fit inside the raised borders of the plastic mirror mounting base. I had to trim off about half the raised plastic border so the glass would lay flat on the base and the mounting tape would make contact. It was only about 1/8 inch too big on all dimensions, but that was enough to make it not fit.
This is an old beater truck & I was in a hurry, so I didn't mind the sloppy looking job this adjustment caused. However, if the mirror was for a nicer vehicle, I would have returned this and looked for other options.
Also, be aware that there were at least 2 different sized mirrors on the shelf with the exact same model number (99055) on the package. They were shaped the same, but one was maybe 3/8 to 1/2 inches bigger all the way around. Store guys said sometimes the manufactures do things like that??
