The J-B Weld RadiatorWeld Kit provides a solution for permanent or temporary repairs of radiators made from metal and other materials. It effectively repairs cracks of 4" or less and holes up to 1/4" in diameter. Once cured, RadiatorWeld is chemical resistant and withstands temperatures up to 250°F. Note: Not recommended for polyethylene or polypropylene repairs.

only if it was the last resort
I followed the instructions and the cement cured before I could apply it (instructions said 5 minutes... and kneed for 1 min...) NO! Kneed for 30 seconds and apply immediately!!!! And you better be wearing thick gloves because this gets so hot so fast it will burn your hand.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
