Works Great
It took a few minutes to get though the activation and pairing, but once I found what my error was I was able to get it activated and paired fairly quickly. Now it works perfectly without spending the high price to get one from the dealer.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Not great
Only had product for 6-10 months and I find myself clicking the button 5-25 times sometimes until anything happens. Not cool. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work well. Imagine trying to get in your car while someone is coming after you and you can't.

Would buy again but they need to fix/redesign a part
So i bought this because both my original fob for my 2001 car broke from age.
Got it set up and programed to my car fairly quickly. Works great.
Except the 2 prongs that hold the battery on came apart. So i took it back and got a replacement thinking it was just a 1 time thing. Well now the same exact thing has happened to the replacement 1 and i havent even had this 1 but 2 weeks.
Pros:
Not expensive
Works good
Easy to program
Has a blue led light so you know if battery is working
Cons
Part that holds battery in keeps separating of the chip board
