This is a nice product. It is a wire harness that splits the left and right tail lights at the plug in so that no additional splices are needed. Every additional splice on a trailer is a place that can go bad sometime in the future. A little more pricey that a standard wire harness but the saved time, cost of splicing and eliminating a potential problem make it worth it.
