Great product!
Used this for my V-twin Yamaha Stryker. Makes the engine look like showroom condition. After applying I waited an hour or so to run the engine; wipe off any excess and run offs. There was smoke and steam, which was normal when I ran the engine to operating temps. Rode it for 100 miles and it still looks shiny and new. Highly recommended if you can't get your hands on a can of S100 Engine Brightener. Be sure to degrease and wash your engine thoroughly before applying.

DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS STUFF!
Used this on one of my collectable cars, a 1977 Trans Am. First used it last year, shine the engine compartment up, but noticed it left a tacky film. This spring, I cleaned the compartment first with Gunk engine cleaner. Then I applied the Gunk Protector Shine. The stuff was been on for about a month, but last night at a car show I noticed the paint on my right inner fender "bubbling." It seemed to get worse as the evening went on. The next morning it covered the fender and radiator support. Needless to say I have started the job of stripping all the compartment paint and repainting as best I can with the engine in. I will probably be contacting an attorney.

Worst engine detailer EVER!
This stuff is absolutely horrible. It went on thick and sticky. It also puddled in areas, hardened and yellowed over time. I tried to blast it off with a pressure washer and some engine cleaning agents, but would not come off in the areas where it puddled and hardened. On a positive note at least I used it on my Camry and not my corvette. Stick with Stoner or meguiars detail spray. I wish I had never used or purchased this product. I will never use gunk products again, even though they do have some good products, I am so mad, I will never buy there stuff again.

This is the best (engine shine) product that I've used. I put it on my 153,000 mile engine pretty thick and once it dried (I waited till the next day before driving again) it was a perfect satin finish that didn't look 'fake'. It didn't harm the painted finishes like other products do.

Sprayed this on and you could tell it left a sticky residue. Thought it would maybe dry over time. Wish I would have never used it and would not recommend unless maybe a show car or something like that. Show but no practical benefit other than a shiny appearance.
