Gumout Fuel Injector and Carburetor Cleaner keeps deposits from forming to maintain engine performance and fuel economy. Carbon build-up from combustion can clog fuel injectors and carburetors, limiting the amount of fuel that reaches the engine. This Gumout Fuel Injector and Carburetor Cleaner prevents carbon build-up on indirect fuel injectors, carburetors, intake valves and ports to maximize performance and reduce emissions. It's oxygen sensor safe and safe for use in turbocharged and supercharged vehicles. It will not void OEM/manufactures. Easy to use formula. Just add the entire bottle to a nearly full tank, then fill the tank up to 21 gallons.

Excellent product
This product does what it is designed to do in small two cycle gasoline engines; outboard marine engines and in automotive engines. Sluggish performance is notably improved and miles/gal are improved with its use. Small engines with gunked up carburators and sluggish performance will improve with the addition to this product in the gas tank; injector systems are cleansed and noticable engine performance is noted with its regular use.

I have a 1970 Corvette big block with the stock Quadra-jet carb that I have owned for 18 years. Always idled perfect. The car was not driven for 6 months and I wanted to drive it from North Carolina to Florida. It started right up and idled perfectly. I drove it to the station and filled it with premium fuel and put one bottle in it. Drove the car back to my house and it was running fine. Next morning it started and ran great until I hit a traffic jam on the interstate in South Carolina. the car would not idle and the carb was flooding terribly! I will never use this product again.

Bought a '99 Deville Concours with the Northstar V-8 on a Thursday. On Saturday, it had a very rough idle and the "Service Engine" light came on. The computer readout was "cylinder #2 misfiring". The mechanic recommended new plugs and wires for $160. I ran the tank down and added the Gumout and a full tank of 93 octane. After 30+ miles the "Engine" light stopped and the Northstar is purring!
If you've got a rough running engine, spend $3.50 on the Gumout first. The $160 I was budgeting for the ignition work are now dollars saved.
