Not Happy with Quality or Customer service
The manufactures (MADE IN CHINA) quality is starting to slip a bit. In the last year or so I have been getting a 1-3 bad eggs per various Gearwrench sets I buy from Advance Auto I tried to have my local Advance auto store swap out a couple the defective wrenches in a set for the single wrenches in the store and they would not do it for 2 reasons...A. I purchased it online from Advance Auto and not from the local store....and B. Because I purchased it in a set i was told several times " I would have to return the whole set for a replacement set and they would have to order it because they were out of stock. I objected and they said call the home office. I called the Advance headquarters or whatever and they said call the manufacturer for the replacements. I called the manufacturer and they said... NO Advance Auto is the one who needs to replace them per the agreement they have with Advance Auto. Having wasted too much time on this same kinda issues on various Gearwrench sets I bought from advanced auto I just buy a replacement with perks and toss out the bad ones or let my kids play with the defective ones. So sad that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at Advance Auto or Gearwrench and I pay the price for declining made in china quality and customer service issues that have NOTHING to do with me.

Glad to assist you! This part carries a limited lifetime replacement warranty. The lifetime warranty part can be refunded for cash/credit within the 90 time frame. After that time expires, it can only be exchanged for a new item. So the warranty is valid the life of the part as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
