Fram Drive Cabin Air Filter: Up to 12 months or 12,000 mile protection

Widowed senior citizen and first time changing my cabin filter - easy! Noticed that I wasn't getting any air flow through the 2 center vents in my Subaru. I've always had a tech at the dealer change cabin filter for me, but this time I needed it done right away as I had a road trip planned and had no time to schedule servicing. So, I did a quick video search and saw that changing the cabin filter was a simple process. The person at the counter at Advance Auto Parts was kind, supportive, and had the filter for my car in stock. It was so easy that I changed out the filter before leaving the parking lot right after the purchase. Strong air flow right away as though I had a new car! Will buy again next time here.

I bought this because I've never replaced my cabin air filter, so it was long overdue, or so I thought. It's probably a fine filter, but my truck came from the factory with no filter. I've learned that it's possible to buy a conversion kit to install a filter. I now have to waste time returning this unneeded part to the store. Advance Auto Parts, please update your parts catalog. These are not the exact fit for our post-2002 trucks. No filter is needed
