I would not buy product again
Original part showed no sign of silicone sealant being needed to complete seal. This part no matter would not seal even after multiple attempts and insuring both surfaces were clean. I read on here they recommend using silicone gasket sealer and letting that cure before putting car back into use. This is a simple round o-ring and the original is profiled to mate to the face of the water outlet neck. Don't waste your time and money, buy the Motorcraft part.

There is really nothing to say about this O-Ring, it is an O-ring. It is required when the thermostat is replaced and it is easy to install. The O-ring was an exact fit, good quality and at a great price.
