Cut out a new gasket for the bottom of my 1/6 hp water transfer pump and it worked great. Actually better than the one the pump came with. This gasket material made it possible to salvage the $70 pump.

Very happy to find this in stock at my local store. Felpro brand cork so you can make any gasket you desire. At .070 of an inch thick, it may be a bit thin for valve covers, but perfect for what I needed, which was making a new fuel pump gasket for my tank I was repairing. Plenty of material so you can make many gaskets. Nice and pliable, and very easy to work with.
