Just wanted to point out to the previous reviewer that this is for a Ford 429-460cid application OR Olds 400-455cid (as well as 350cid DIESEL)... Not for a 3.8L crank.

this is a 2-piece rear main seal

i ordered this for a 2004 Ford Mustang 3.8L & it does not fit. it's the wrong application
Important Info about seal
Just to be clear this rear main seal is for the 6.6L(400ci) sbc where the block has been line honed.
It will not work in a standard block.
