My hood paint clearcoat was faded and oxidated real bad so I come across this Peelable paint I've tried plasty dip in the past I didn't really like their spray nozzle so I figured I'd give this a try. The spray nozzle is amazing I like how you can turn the nozzle to spray in the other direction versus having to turn the can lays down smooth I'm pretty impressed. I may do my whole car now. I may try out the wet look to give it more of a factory shine.

Save your money buy plastidip
I was looking for plastidip but the store clerk told me this was the same thing, for it to cost twice as much as plastidip I was expecting at least the same results, but in fact it wasn't as good it was super thin and runny, and just had a horrible finish, and I removed all the duplicolor wrap even that was a bigger pain then removing the plastidip, usually dupicolor makes good products I have been using there products for the last ten years, but this one was a swing and a miss all the way around, it honestly seems like a cheap knock off of the plastidip that was subpar and extremely over priced,

Product worked out great. Much better than the other brands I have tried already. The carbon is a real sleek look.
Works well...

Entire quart was enough to do a large hood with about 6 coats.
LOVE THE STUFF
Ive been using this on various vehicles since 2016. I used it on all of my wheels, My Ram, my elantra, and my jeep. A few cans will cover an entire car. It holds up well. (even after a collision). And Because I have commitment issues I have repainted and recolored and peel and repaint and paint over. Its great for the ever changing mind of a crafter. Or maybe Psycopath?
