Comments about Driveworks Suspension Ball Joint:

2001 V6 Mustang ball joint replacement/frnt(2). Three seperate purchases, three seperate installs by pro. mechanic, three defective each time. That's 6 ball joints all together defective. Bad product! CAUTIOUS! That is why they are cheap. Do not purchase. 24 days after install, they go bad. Dreadful balljoint squeak is first sign.

Comments about Driveworks Suspension Ball Joint:

Removed old ball joint. Went to install new one and the nut didnt seem to fit correctly on the stud, although it got tighter the farther down on the stud it went. I installed this, even though it just did not seem right.
Put everything back together and the went to test drive the car. Made to end of the driveway when the nut pulled right off the stud, sheered the cotter pin and dropped the lower control right off the steering knuckle. The tire flipped up inside the fender. DO NOT BUY THIS
