This window regulator is manufactured by Dorman, and as they claim, it appears better built than factory; it's also faster than the factory unit..when you install it, you're re-using the motor, but due to their superior design, it's faster. The instructions were pretty clear, however I found numerous online videos detailing the install process that were easy to follow. In my particular application, (Ford Expedition) some of the fasteners were Torx, so of course you'll need a set of Torx bits.
