EXACT REPLACEMENT!

the bracket on my 03 F150 had broken in half and my leaf spring was ripping up through the truck bed. The hardest part of the job was removing the old rusted bracket. This replacement fits perfectly into the mounting holes and simply bolts in with the included hardware. I used a bottle jack to push and hold the spring into place and it lined up perfectly with the shackle. The truck feels solid again!

Nice thick metal - missing shackle bolt though..
This fit perfectly for my 1998 F-150 XT 4.6. It did not come with the shackle bolt as in the picture, just the four bolts that go through the frame of the truck. It came in a box with a sealed bag so I know the bolt didn't just fall out of the package accidentally. I had to buy some grade 8 hardware from a hardware store to replace the missing bolt ( I cut the original rusty bolt from the original). truck feels much better with the rear suspension doing it's job.
