Easy swap, took only minutes to install - simple plug and play, exact match for OEM part. Only con was I could've got it cheaper but would've had to wait for delivery. The service tech at the store did direct me to a promo for a discount so big 'kudos' for that!!

This product was very easy to install myself. I ordered online and picked up the item at the store. The store associate opened the box to make the item inside looked good. The finish on one of the buttons appeared damaged, but I did not mind as long as it worked. Turns out that this button glows green in the dark.
