They dont last !
We have had our 1984 Riviera since new. The original switch lasted over 20 years. Since then I have had to replace it almost once a year. They are covered under warranty but its a pain when they stop working. I am going to try to find a good used oem switch or an NOS one if I can.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
Needs part re-use
Requires trying to re-use old plastic mounting tabs. Needs to have the "chrome" surround with front & rear mounting tabs. They have them on the passenger side switches not the driver's side
