Works great so far!
Fit perfect and works great. Installed on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 4.7L V8 and the factory hydraulic cooling fan. You'll need a couple of quarts of new fluid to do a flush. Set a big catch pan under the front, disconnect both return lines (there's one from the fan and one from the steering box if you have the hydraulic fan). Install the new pump, but leave the plastic plugs in place on the return fittings of the reservoir. Don't connect the return lines yet. Fill the reservoir (and keep it full as you drain/flush, to keep air out of the system). With the front tires lifted off the ground, slowly turn the front wheels from side to side several times. Fluid will start coming out of the return. Keep filling and turning the wheels until the fluid runs clear.
Next, put on some gloves, because there can be sharp spots on that plastic fan blade. Again, keep an eye on the level of fluid in the reservoir, don't let it get low. Now start spinning the fan in the direction it normally spins (on mine, this was top of the fan spins towards the drivers side). It's a tight fit because of all the plastic bracing that Jeep put in the way, but it can be done. Fluid will be coming out of the return line. Keep spinning the fan until the fluid runs clear.
Now it's time to reconnect the return lines. It pays to be prepared and be quick. Make sure that you have the hose clamps in place on the hoses and you're certain which hose goes to which connection. Remove the lower plug and quickly push the hose onto the fitting and tighten the clamp. You'll lose a bit of fluid, so keep an eye on the reservoir level. You don't want to let air into the system or it will take much longer to get the air bled out. Now remove the upper plug and quickly push its return hose on the fitting and tighten the clamp. Keep turning the wheels and fan until the level stays full. Top off and start the engine for a second. Top off again, start. Turn wheels again. When bled, the pump is quiet. :-)

Couldn't get it to fit on
Couldn't get this to fit on the shaft of the power steering pump. Ended up breaking it trying to get it on.
