Online store pick up........
I purchased this item online for in-store pick up. When I went to pick the item up at the store I waited forever while they looked for the part. Turns out they did no have it. I had to drive clear across town to another store to get it....

Not an exact fit
These shackle kits are a close fit and will work but the span between the upper bosses is too wide, resulting in the piece bending when the bolt is tightened up. Also, the supplied bolt for the upper bushing is too long to be installed from the outboard side and will hit the frame. It cannot be installed from the inboard side as you can't line up the holes in that orientation. The upper bushing has to be pressed into the spring and this can be difficult with the spring on the vehicle and it wants to pop back out once you press it in. The metal is also thinner than the original shackle which makes me wonder about longevity.

close to perfect
used on a 2001 F-150 5.4 V8. Was the exact part need but was a little hard getting bolt holes to line up. Needed a little extra elbow grease to get holes to line up
