It's a good quality complete suspension part with hardware, that fits properly on my 2001 F-350. It even came with an extra bushing. I had to replace one shackle, due to a bolt seized into the old one on one side of the truck when I replaced my rear leaf springs. I plan on buying a second, to replace the other side, when I get a chance.
