This is the front hanger. It comes with four bolts and their nuts for attaching the hanger to the frame and one bolt and its nut for attaching the leaf spring. I replaced all four hangers (two front and two rear) on one truck for someone. The truck box and rear fuel tank do not need to be removed.
I used an air hammer with a bolt/rivet cutter chisel to cut the heads off the rivets - then hammered them out of the frame. If you live in the rust belt, the bolts attaching the leaf springs will likely be very rusted inside the bushing. If that is the case, it is easier to cut them off. With the head and nut cut off the bolt, it opens the remaining bolt and inside of the bushing to rust penetrant, to break the rust bond. Then drive the bolt out of the bushing.
I dropped a star because the finish was chipped on one hanger from the included fasteners. The other three hangers I replaced had perfect finish. The nuts are distorted (oval shaped) to lock and it will be easier to install with an impact wrench.
