Researched how much a replacement would be, and OEM wanted way more than what I thought the product was worth. Found this and it is an exact replacement for OE part, but at a much better price.
***Word of advice, when removing this part to change the oil filter, the oil filter drain screw MUST be removed to get filter wrench to grip and remove cap.***
