Replacing Headlight Socket
I wish the manufacturer would include a diagram showing which wire is connected to which post. After wiring it wrong and having no high beams I pulled the rubber protector off the socket to reveal which wire is connected to which post after that I wired it correctly.

I did the 9003/Hb2/H4 conversion on the 1991 camaro from the 4656 and 4651 bulbs and i used these connectors for the high temp and ease of use, not to mention ease of plug an play to the 9003/hb2/h4 bulbs. I created my own custom wiring harness and Incorporated these in with the harness, very nice and is water tight, rubber boot has not even cracked or dry rotted with 8 months so far. Perfect for the higher wattage (100w / 90w) bulbs that most people buy from amazon or else where that are useless.

Better than stock part
I am a lube/tire/battery technician. I was changing a headlight on a Pontiac Vibe and found out the socket was damaged. It appeared to have over-heated and partially melted. This was the part the shop got and it was excellent quality. The covering over the connector was much nicer than the naked one that came with the vehicle since in provides much better protection from heat and contamination. The color coating was also a nice touch. I've always been impressed with Dorman products and this is no exception.
