Works great, but not exact fit.
I bought this wiper arm for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it worked pretty well, but not all parts are included. The cap that covers the nut is not included with the arm so that must be sourced elsewhere. The factory cap on the 2002 Jeep does not fit. One reviewer suggested that part number 55077097AA was the appropriate part, which I am going to try.
The hook that holds the wiper blade is smaller than the factory arm and lacks a small cutout for the arm to lock in place. The Anco 12" wiper blade that I purchased came with a lockout clip that fits perfectly on this arm. I really couldn't be much happier with this product.

Works...but issues on w/ pre-2003 Jeeps
Like a previous reviewer, I too thought that the hook was too small and I couldn't find a wiper blade to fit this. Also, the cap that covers the nut won't work off of my old wiper arm (I've got a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee). So, I called Dorman directly and they dug around a little and explained that they built this based on the latest revision of the part. This means that it is the same design as the arm used on most 2003 and all 2004 Grand Cherokees...and NOT like the ones on pre-2003 Grand Cherokees. It _will_ work but requires you to purchase 2 items from the dealer...5102881AB - Wiper blade and 55077097AA - Cap (to cover the hold down nut). My local dealer (in Ohio) charges $13.50 and $0.70 for those two items. A standard/generic wiper blade will NOT work with this arm.

THE HOOK IS TOO SMALL AND AS FAR AS I KNOW NO WIPER BLADES WILL FIT THIS. i DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY SELL IT.
