Excellent replacement wiper arm.
This is the driver side windshield wiper arm. Spring in original wiper arm became weak and was not adequately removing water from windshield on a 2001 Blazer LT. New arm is not identical to original wiper arm, but it works well.

Limited lifetime
I've bought 2 of these. The second was today. Over a period of time the cast aluminum part that attaches to the motor bends and interferes with the opening of the hood. The first one I bought lasted about 3 years. I had thought that the nut that connects to the motor had come loose because I couldn't get my hood open. Turns out, upon examining the wiper arm, the first section was bent. I guess it's because the of the tension of the spring that keeps the wiper on the windshield. Don't get me wrong, the arm does an excellent job of cleaning the windshield. Just don't expect it to last the life of your truck. You can see how much it bent by the picture. The plastic shield bottom is straight.

My wipers would not clear my windshield. I ordered these arms and replaced the old arms. They were simple to install and I can now see out of my windshield when it rains

It put more force down onto windshield which makes the blade fit tighter against windshield. 20 years with old ones was enough.
