Worked well.
Reading other reviews, I'm thinking they tried to install them from the front. You don't force them in from the front - they'll break. You remove the screw and snap the clips in from the back of the sheet metal.
The groove in the screw is too narrow though. I could've filed it slightly larger but the old screw was still OK so I reused it.

Works with modification.
I previously broke two of these trying to get them to fit the holes they are supposed to clip into. I gave the product a bad review at that time and recommended against anyone buying them. However, I still needed to repair my truck and these adjusters are hard to find. I ate my words and bought another pack, but this time with an idea of how to make them fit properly. Since they will not seat far enough into the holes for the tabs to engage and hold, I carefully trimmed the ends of the tabs and shortened them until they eventually engaged and held properly. Problem solved with some effort. I would recommend them as long as the purchaser has enough mechanical savvy to modify them as I did.

These are very hard to install without snapping off the tabs. I read the other reviews and thought well if I'm careful they will be ok NOPE. First one broke before it was even all the way in. If you absolutely have to use them buy extras. Once they are in they do work right.

I went ahead and purchased the product even on bad reviews because I didn't have time to go to the dealer. Less than 2 days later, they broke during driving. The ones from the dealer are a more durable product as this one is made from very thin, hard plastic.

BOTH of these adjusters broke immediately upon installing them. One of them the tabs snapped off as soon as it was installed and the other one as soon as the screw was started and was pulling the headlight into position the threads in the plastic stripped out immediately.

like others these are brittle and broke
I broke two of these trying too install . I was able to find 2 at a salvage yard had no issues installing them. sad that something made out of 30 years old plastic is more durable that new china plastic
