Works, but issues..

The lever installs easily and functions, but the tabs that are cast into the plastic housing and metal shaft were at incorrect angles on my example, causing the indicator line on the switch to point to the function below the one that is actually being used. In other words, if the switch is off, it is pointing to on; you turn it to off to use the mist feature, etc.. You can compare this lever to the factory lever and see the difference in tab angles. A much more minor complaint is the painted words are smeared across the surface. Cosmetic only, but considering the casting error, I have it boxed up for return.

Just pulled the old one out and snapped the new one in. Now I can see the wiper position marks. This item was replaced along with the turn signal switch witch was broken.
