Wont fit with pn s3465
Tabs(where it goes into the switch)on chrome piece are spaced differently than groves in switch(3465). This might be a defect. I bought 1 from oriellys and 1 from advance with same issue. Old lever fit new switch fine. I had to file one tab off to get it to work and noticed the postion indent on chrome piece doesnt line up with wording once installed. I recomend buying switch and lever assembled. Better chances of being correct.

Used this part to replace original turn signal switch that had cruise control and had snapped off with just a stub sticking out of the steering column. To remove broken switch just twist it out. Switch has 2 raised notches that fit into corresponding grooves into steering column. These notches didn't line up exactly, however if you trim down the inside of one of the notches you can slide the lever into the steering column and it will fit tightly enough to seat properly into steering column allowing all features of the switch to fully function.
