this was so simple to do, just carefully pry the case apart, take out old circuit board, place circuit board in new case, and before snapping/closing the case back, I went ahead and changed the "button battery" out with a fresh cell (cr2032 battery)....done...it works GREAT...

It doesn't come with the control panel. Not including batteries I understand but to not include the whole computer part of it was ridiculous and a waste of plastic.

Great solution when your old key fob has a damaged housing
5 minutes or less to pop the old housing off of your fob and snap this new one on.
