Easy fix!
With new hinge pins, this fixed my sagging door problem. Don't buy the compressor tool, just squeeze it in a vise w/ 4-5 strong zip ties, tap in place and cut ties. Bingo!!!!

I'm having someone fabricate bushings from better material.
The bushings were made of very poor quality brass. They broke as soon as they were installed.
