Did not work correctly but, made to work

This item is a one piece harmonic balancer/pulley. The pulley sticks out too far which will cause your belt to come off. It's off enough so that you can see it with the naked eye easily. Not even close. It's $200 cheaper than a factory Dodge unit and the 2 Advance stores in my town only had this one between them so we made this one work by shimming out the air conditioning compressor and alternator using 2 washers behind each of those. It is unacceptable for a supposed new OE replacement that is supposed to be an "Exact Fit" to not even be close to fitting correctly. Why not just have a harmonic balancer like the original Dodge item and leave off the pulley?

Poor quality part
Installed new balancer on newly rebuilt engine. Lasted about 3000 miles, balance ring slid back, rubbed a hole in the timing cover creating a vacuum leak and oil leak.

Highly Recommended.
I don't understand the two previous post of negativity. I noticed the rubber on my OEM was cracked in several areas so I was very attentive to the TDC mark on it when I reinstalled and as I figured, it was no where close so I went researching. The before mentioned reviews stated that there was an issues belt alignment so I looked on line and found numerous positive reviews and then I took the OEM pulley and balancer with me when I went to pick up my "Doorman" balancer. I saw absolutely "Zero" difference in alignment so I brought it home, painted it and installed using the OEM balancer bolt, right in place, marks line up and the belt runs perfectly true..Took it for a test drive and spun the ole girl up to 5200... Couldn't ask for better, maybe the previous guys had a different vehicle or maybe they didn't tighten the bolt all the way or maybe... who knows but mine couldn't be better
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
Not an OEM replacement and does not work correctly.

As the other reviewer stated, this harmonic balancer does not fit correctly and you will have to use washers placed behind your compressor and alternator brackets to shim them so that the serpentine belt will not come off. I can't believe that Advance even sells something that will not fit correctly. I just ordered an OEM Dodge crankshaft damper Part# 53021284AA like it came with so that the belt will not come off.
