My Harmonic Balancer on my Honda Accord LX ribbed out and the rubber on the belts is shredded. Will I have replace the whole thing and can you please name the exact part that I need to replace? Is it possible that harmonic balancer can cause a car to not accelarate speed? Please tell me what part I need so that I can get it priced.

Just took mine off. I have have a 91 Honda Accord LX. I used an impact drill to take it off, but leave a belt on or the whole pulley will spin. I used a 3/4 socket, or your tire iron should suffice. Just turn the wheel all the way to the left and it will give you enough room. Oh, and it's the tightest bolt on the car.
it looks like the ribbed part of the balancer came loose, does this mean i need to repelce the whole balancer. Is it easy to replace

If the ribbed part (where the belt rides on), came loose from the rest of the pulley, then yes, you will need to replace the pulley. It can be somewhat difficult to replace if you do not have the proper space clearance in your vehicle. You will most likely also need the special tool to pull the pulley off of the crankshaft.
