Waste of time & money, get an ACDelco OEM module instead
I purchased this module to replace an OEM module which had a very intermittent communication loss. It seemed easier than having a new module programmed. After installing this, I had long cranking times to start the vehicle, erratic fuel pressures, as low as 17 and as high as 80 (Should be a consistent 43.5), and issues with hard starts after heat soak. Fuel pressure readouts from this module did not match a mechanical gauge on the fuel rail, either. When I put the OEM module back in, all of these issues disappeared, and fuel pressure remained consistent at 43.5 varying from 41 to 46. Pressures again matched the mechanical gauge. I will be purchasing an ACDelco module and have it programmed.

Stay away. do not purchase this item.
I bought this item along with new fuses and fuel pump. Got all items in truck and still wouldnt run the truck. Took this part back off and put the old one back on truck fires right up. The description on the box and app says no programming needed. Thats a lie. The part does have to be orogrammed to run the truck. I bought this for a 09 yukon denali. Direct fitment is true but the non programming is false. Just stay away drom this item.
Worked great, and no trip to the dealer
Easy install. Came with the 3 installation bolts. 09 EXT fired right up after installation. I knew my old module was bad since it was physically damaged by debris and took on water. Make sure you move the white pin guide from your original part to the replacement.
