Taking my 2012 Jeep Liberty to a dealership service department to replace the window regulator was not cost effective. The part cost was reasonable and after some research I determined that this was repair I could do myself. The enclosed instructions were helpful. I also found a few videos online on the replacement process. About an hour of my time on the weekend was all that was needed. DIY costs was 10% to 15% of the shop estimates

A little disappointed the motor was smaller than the OEM and the auto up feature didn't work as like the OEM that had auto down and up feature

When the description stated 2 or 6 pin... which connection is it referring to? I have a few connections but not sure if any of them are 2 or 6... is the "pin" relating to the number of pins connected to the window motor?

I have a 2008 Jeep Liberty. I ordered a window regulator a month ago, it was suppose to fit but did not because the connection was for a 4 prong plug but mine is a 6 prong plug. My question is the plug next to the motor is it a 6 prong plug ??
