Looks like oem for much cheaper!
The picture shows hardware but that wasn't actually included. However, these are one time use bolts and nuts so you do need to replace them when you change out the guibo joint. Pick them up from the dealer so you get quality grade bolts and nuts.

Need two, and bolts are one-time use so need those too

Great price. looks like it might be the same that was supplied to Mercedes as OE.
Tip, there are two of these on the W124 and its not recommended to reuse the bolts that attache them to the differential or the output shaft on the transmission. They are one-time use items that "stretch" to spec.
