Package destroyed
I was in a bind and needed this ASAP. Unfortunately it can't be shipped to a store and it only comes from the factory. It finally arrived today, but the box was in pieces so I'm not certain all of the parts were received. I also didn't get any documentation or instructions with it. There is no boot over the slip joint as shown, just some kind of rubber seal. I don't know definitely whether there was supposed to be a boot over that or not. It's still in decent shape, but anything could have gone wrong along the way. The company needs to package it better and ship it more responsibly, providing a ship to store option. I can't recommend this in the way the item was received since you might end up with a much worse outcome. I otherwise can recommend it for now but installation will be the proof.
