I have a 91 Mustang with the typical fox body door lock actuator failure. Took about a half hour to install and they work great. I was hesitant to use the ones in the Mustang Catalogues as problems are common. These appear to be quality made and warrantied for life sealed the decision to buy.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Great fit in my 92 Mustang LX. Does not include mounting hardware (I used an industrial hand riveter to match original install). Takes two to install, one to hold and one to tighten/rivet. Would buy again.

It works, for now. Never really had any long term luck with this style of actuator as they tend to fail quickly.
Also, it would be great if the 1/4" rivet required to install this thing to the door were supplied with the attached bracket. The plastic bracket is there but no rivet. Part of the plastic wall surrounding the metal contacts broke off when I unplugged the connector. Seriously, it broke that easily.
Gave out in two months!

Fairly easy to install. The first one I got didn't have all the correct rods. Advance swapped out another box and this one had the correct rod that matched my OEM actuator. Installed it and it worked for two months, then quit. Am going back to Advance to get another.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
