This socket fdits the H& bulb. The Mazda has a socket the bulb connects to then plugs into the harness. Therefore does not fit the Mazda 5. Please change your description.

The first one I bought did not fit, neither did the one in store. I ended up buying a more expensive part with much less warranty in store. It at least works but had shorter wires
