Very smooth I ordered a battery online for my antique car and picked it up with no hitches. I just walked in, gave my name, gave them my core and left. Less than 5 minutes. The battery worked perfect for me to take t up north and store it.

The order said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I drove a few hours later to find out they didn't have the battery in stock. He told me to return the next day. I did and they had the battery but I explained I had tried to take advantage of the 10% discount. He said he couldn't do anything about that because I ordered online. I sure would like to have someone apply the 10 percent discount because the guy at the store acted like I bought it somewhere else. The skill set of both employees was sub par.
